SEM Jobs Finder is a subscription-based career-search and AI career-assistance service operated by SEM Solutions MEA LLC. Use of the service is subject to these terms and the applicable subscription selected by the member.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew on the member's billing date until cancelled. Members may cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future renewal; access continues until the end of the already-paid billing period and the current billing period is not refunded except where required by applicable law.

AI credits and top-ups

Included AI allowances reset on the applicable renewal date and unused included credits do not roll over. Eligible top-up credits are separate from included allowances and may be purchased only by an active paid member after the relevant included allowance has been exhausted. Purchased top-up credits are usable only while the paid subscription remains active. Any unused top-up credits are forfeited when the paid subscription expires or ends.

Jobs and applications

Vacancies may be supplied by third parties. SEM Jobs Finder assists users in discovering opportunities but is not the employer and does not control recruitment decisions. Users are responsible for checking vacancy and employment details before applying or accepting an offer.

AI assistance

AI features provide assistance, not guarantees. Members must review generated material before using it and must not submit false or fabricated candidate information.

Cancellation and retention offers

During cancellation, SEM Jobs Finder may present an optional retention offer, such as paying for two months and receiving one additional month free. Accepting such an offer requires the member's explicit confirmation. Members who decline may continue cancellation without a cancellation penalty. Paid access remains available through the end of the applicable paid period.

Final production terms will be completed and legally reviewed before launch.
